Pre-release of the next stable release.

Description: This version contains fixes and enhancements that have been individually tested, but haven’t gone through complete release testing.

Goal: This version will be updated every two weeks at a minimum. It will be updated 2-3 days prior to a stable release. The beta may update multiple times before a stable release as resolutions for critical issues get merged during release testing.
